Virtual Host Problems Suse 10.1


Im trying to setup virtual Host on suse 10.1....If i try to access my domain i get the page of wrong folder....
when ever i restart apache2 i get...
[warn] _default_ VirtualHost overlap on port 80, the first has precedence
Here is my virtual host setup

<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerName xgcsection8.com
ServerAlias *.xgcsection8.com
DocumentRoot /home/xgcsection8.com/public_html
ServerAdmin webmaster@vytoptov.com
ErrorLog /var/log/apache2/www.example.com-error_log
CustomLog /var/log/apache2/www.example.com-access_log common
</VirtualHost>

AND

<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerName vytoptov.com
ServerAlias *.vytoptov.com
DocumentRoot /home/admin/public_html
ServerAdmin webmaster@vytoptov.com
ErrorLog /var/log/apache2/www.example.com-error_log
CustomLog /var/log/apache2/www.example.com-access_log common
</VirtualHost>

I have one ip....
im running server thru Optimum Online Boost.....
