have u seen on Windows when you are playing music and you get the CD room Tray out that the music stops playing for a bit?

well that happens to me playing music on suse 10 running amaroK but its very frecuently and it stops playing for like a nano second repeatedly so the music sounds a bit weird. I have to Stop the song completely and play it again from the begining to restore the sound.

I tried to get the new version of amarok but in the installation prompted some error on the Helix Engine and Damaged the engine for good !

Now I have a decent PC I dont think this problem is hardware related...
3 GHZ, 1 GB in Ram, 620 GB etc etc...

since we are on the topic... I also tried to get a couple of Mp3 Players but when installing ALL OF THEM always propmt that if I install it I would damage this or that Sound Engine ( AND THEY DO )

so can any of u recomend me a good mp3 player aswell???

i had some problems with amarok too.What i did was to set the xine engine as the sound engine for amarok.Have no problems since then.Also try xmms player

I did what u told me but I get this error.
No tracks were returned to be inserted. and it doesnt play the song.

but anyway Today will be released the DVD ISO image for suse 10.1 and it has a new KDE version.

Lets hope in that version this problem is fixed.
