It won't be available for downloading for a few months after the initial release. Suse usually release theftp version a few months after the boxed versions.

indeed it does...
for those of you who want to know as soon as possible when it's available on my site, i've created an rss feed and a link to where the torrent WILL be as soon as it's available.

rss feed: http://www.knetdome.com/bt/knetknews-bt.xml
torrent link: http://www.knetdome.com/bt/suse93pro.allcds.torrent

feel free to spread these around to any other forums and sites you frequent where people might be interested. don't spam'em though, that's not cool.

If you have suse 9.2 pro installed, can you upgrade to 9.3 if you buy it? Also, will your data be preserved?

you need a BitTorrent client. You should have one available on your 9.2 DVD, if I'm remembering correctly. If not, start here.

I would like to upgrade on SUSE 9.3 too, but i have no money to buy it and BitTorrent is p2p as i understand. In my network p2p is not allowed cause it creates too many connections. If i can`t keep number of connections down i have to wait it appearing in SUSE mirrors.
At least SUSE is best distro i have used.
