I installed Linux verson of DVD SHRINK Im useing suse 10.1 when i go to set it up (configure) how do I put or set up for it to see my dvd drives , I have tried hdc and hdd and no luck ...any help would be great...
I hope you didn't try just hdc or hdd but the whole path to the device, like /dev/hdc or /dev/hdd ?
If you want though to make an avi file out of it and not just a shrink I have Suse too and installed dvd2xvid and worked flawlessly for anything I tried to do.
