Hey Gang,
I just upgraded a machine from Suse 9.0 to 9.3, and inalled all the latest updates including apache2-2.0.53-9.7 and apache2-mod_php4-4.3.10-14.16. This system is using the default Apache configuration provided in /etc/apache2.
When I use Firefox to
http://example.org/index.php , my browser tries to download the page instead of rendering the page. This happens with a handful of pages. That sounds familiar, right? It's a simple issue with the mime-type, or a missing phplib, etc.
However, when I browse to another page
http://example.org/user_admin.php , the page displays just fine. The PHP code renders, Apache diplays the page, etc.
All pages work fine when browsing with IE6. This problem only happens with Firefox.
I haven't run into this specific issue on other distros, so perhaps it's a Suse-specific issue. I thought I would ask here.
Thanks!
