Suse 9.1 - ndiswrapper and patching the kernel

Hello,
I got my Linksys wpc54gs wireless card working great in Suse 9.1 using ndiswrapper. Can I now apply any new kernel patches without having to setup ndiswrapper again?

Thank you,
Scott

Yes, by all means!

I, too, am using Linksys Wireless (with two different flavors of SuSE: 8.x and 9.x), and haven't had any problems.
