i installed suse 10.3 64 bit and i ca not do any updates as all repository are for 32 bit? i managed to install nvidia driver very easy, but thats all. are there any repository for 64 bit architecture? i did google and did not find anything useful.
Each repository will have a subdirectory for the 64 bit packages. Use YaST2 and add a repository if you haven't already. Also look in the "Community Repositories" module. There you can add the packman & nvidia or ati repositories.
well, i added all the repositories, but no luck with updating. thought there were repositories especialy for 64 bit. i think i ll chenge back to 32 bit...
Did you also enable the repositories after you added them? You may wish to refresh them, too. I have been running the 64-bit version of 10.3 since October with no problems with the repositories - unless the repositories were down. That is an entirely different issue. Good luck.
