run yast, it's configured from there.

LVM is launched from yast2 ->partition manager

Click on the green lizard in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. When the bar opens up, click on "System". Click on "YaST". Give it the root password. When the YaST screen starts up, click on "System". Click on "LVM".
