it is good when install patch with zypper to zypper refresh then zypper in.right?
Again, you have a single-word description, and your question makes little sense. What are you asking??? What are you trying to do, with what version of openSUSE??
It might make perfect sense to you, and I think I understand the question being asked, but (like TB0ne) I don't understand why you're asking - there are insufficient details.
It's very tempting for me to just give a one word boolean answer and move on - it would be accurate, but it wouldn't help at all, hence why you are being asked to expand on what/why you're asking.

Configure it with autorefresh=0, wait a week or less, then try to install something from it, or simply zypper up. Almost certainly zypper will not be able to find every package it thinks you want or need rather than the versions available on the mirrors.

Quite true, thanks. By default, I will usually leave the repos on my systems set to auto-refresh, as that is (if I'm not mistaken), the default when adding a new repository.
