I don't believe that Mozilla provides rpm for each individual distros. Other people provide the RPM's. There are many sites out there providing Suse RPM's.
Yes, I believe that they provide executable binaries as tar.gz files. Simply unpack and run. For SUSE rpm you can also look at ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/mozilla
