The corresponding openSUSE distro's won't be maintained anymore, but as SLE 11 SP 4 is from 2015, the then active openSUSE one probably would be 42.1 (first of the
leap ones). The next 2 are 42.2 (may 2016) and 42.3 (july 2017).
BTW: with your SLES license you should be able to download, instal and update SLE Desktop 12 SP 4 too (there will be no SP 5 anymore as SLED goes EOL end of the month).
But that still gives you more than a week to update it to the latest security versions.
