I'm using openSUSE Leap 42.1 and have problems with the setup of the asound.conf config file.
I want to use the in and output of my headset usb device in multiple programs simultaneously.
My asound.conf file looks like this.

then i try to run one of my other apps and get the output
"ALSA: capture open error: device or resource is busy"
