Missing iptables after reboot

I have appended my iptables for proxy server as follows:

#iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth1 -p tcp --dport 80 -j REDIRECT --to-port 8080

This works fine but when I reboot the system I loose this setting.

Is there a way to save this setting?

I am running SUSE Linux 10.0 32-Bit.

You'll need to put it in your firewall's configuration file. (On some systems, /etc/rc.firewall)
