Locking down Gnome

I have a Gnome desktop lockdown running OpenSuse 10.3. I have the panel locked down as well and the user can only launch OpenOffice and FireFox. It is working pretty good as a Kiosk PC but I realize that users are not clicking the X to close the browser which will flush the cache and some of the personal information stays visible if a user uses Alt-Tab. Is there a way to disable the minimize on FireFox? Or keep everything locked down but allow the open, running applications to appear on the panel bar so users can see they are open? Right now if a user minimizes the window it disappears. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I got it figured out. I needed to add the Window list to the panel before locking it down.
