I seem to have messed up my system. If I go to YaST to install software before it finishes loading it shutdown. I believe that my problem was that I installed libxml2 over the top of the default suse one. I also by mistake and I don't know if this makes a difference but I installed a fc rpm :O I tried to uninstall libxml2 and it won't let me. What is a good error log to look at to see my problem and or any idea's?
Download the Suse libxml2 rpm from the opensuse 10.2 installation source and then use the command "rpm -Uvh --nodeps --force libxml2*.rpm" to install it. Usually its not a good thing to install rpms not meant for you distro because you can break some things on your system.
