java.net socket permission


I am trying to print from a java applet on suse 10.3 and I get the following error in Java console:

If I use Ubuntu I dont get get an error an my applet prints, is there a setting on Suse that I need to change to grant access to print
I prefer to use Suse so I want to get to work on Suse
