i ran 'zypper install ffmpeg' then OUTPUT was

* Reading repository 'openSUSE-10.3-DVD 10.3' cache
* Reading installed packages [100%]
package 'ffmpeg' not found
Nothing to do.

So I think that my repository is not configured.I went to software repositories & enabled
main repository(non-oss) then got OUTPUT

error
download failed
file /content not found on media:http://download.opensuse.org/distrib.../repo/non-oss/

Does openSUSE has stoppped help for 10.3 users since they released 11.2 recently.What should I do?

I don't think 10.3 is supported any more.

11.0 , 11.1 and 11.2 are all that I can see.
