How to setup Fax

Without fax machine, and no scanner, any idea how to setup SUSE 9.2 to fax documents after typing with Kate or just any PDF documents or image.

Understand that SUSE's menu has a KdeprintFax icon, suppose it should be for faxing.

Any suggestions or advise is greatly appreciated.

I use efax for sending, as well as receiving. There are numerous GUI frontends for it, I use tkscan for that.
