how to know contents of /proc/ide/hda/smart_values and /proc/ide/hda/smart_threshold

HI

Can anybody tell me how to know the field names of /proc/ide/hda/smart_values and /proc/ide/hda/smart_threshold . These two files contains only hexadecimal values. How to relate (or in which order) these values corresponding to smart attribute names and their fields.

Thanx in Advance
Prassanta
