I don't use Suse any longer but my understanding is that SLES has a 60 day evaluation period. Are you still within that period or if you are paying for the service, contact them. Do you have a 64bit OS and hardware?

I am using 64BIT OS, also GUI is enabled on it. In our environment all the servers are running in SLES 11 SP3 OS.

the guide for SELS will be similar to OpenSUSE
but
You should use your paid for novell support
https://www.suse.com/products/server/how-to-buy/
you are paying attachmate $349 to $1499 per year for support

for opensuse 13
http://activedoc.opensuse.org/

however
use firefox to go to the google chrome page
https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/
ane fallow the instructions
click download and read the instructions

it will add a repo
then use zypper to install it
