gnuplot 4.6 or above for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP 4

Hello Everyone,

I am not sure this is the right place to post this question. Pardon me if not, for I am a newbie.

I am using SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP4. Recently there was an upgrade on some of our tools and it requires gnuplot 4.6 or above and I believe that SUSE Linux 11 supports only up to gnuplot 4.4.
Is there a way to install gnuplot 4.6 without upgrading the OS version?

Ash

You can always install a local version of gnuplot 4.6 from source.
https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnu...gnuplot/4.6.7/

Best is just to see if you can update/upgrade your current version via the package manager.
