im use firestarter
and i want add rule to open samba when my firewall is start

why don't use default suse firewall?

Yast -> system -> something -> firewall
interfaces allow service on interface (I would suggest internal zone setting)

don't remember exactly where in Yast is suse firewall, don't use suse anymore.
