I can't seem to get the clock on my 11.2 OS to keep civilian time after shut down. It reverts to military time and not the right time at that. My OS before this was 11.2(had to reinstall) and 11.1 before that and both kept time, so I don't think it's the box. I think I'm setting it wrong somehow. Digital clock.
