Can not find menu editor for kde3.3

SuSe 9.2 Pro 2.6.8.24
Is there a menu editor in kde 3.3 like there was in 3.2 where you could add an application to the Kmenu? I have looked but can't seem to come up with one. Thanks

Hello

Do you mean this:

In "Control center" select the Index tab and unfold Desktop. Click on Panels.
Select the Menus tab and click on Edit K Menu

Bye
