Can't seem to get the Hang of Yast

Does anyone know of a good tutorial or article on what yast is and how to use it. I for some reason just seem not to be able to get it. As far as sources and upgrades go.

I don't care to read and study just can't seem to find any thing that opens my mind.

Thanks
For the Help

I did a quick google and the best I could do is this
http://www.novell.com/coolsolutions/feature/1649.html

It's really more of a description than a tutorial. Why not just open up YAST and poke around under the hood?

EDIT: Oops, missed the 'sources and updates' part of your question. The link provided in the previous post should help. My bad.

Follow up question

Thanks for the reply to my message. I was able to get a source inserted and enabled by following the instructions. I do have some other questions.

1. Is it allright to have more than one source listed and enabled ? Is it a good idea to do this or not?

2. In the 10.0 folder on the ftp site there are other folders. I used the one that was marked inst-source-extra. Is this the one that I should have used ?

One other was labled suse-linux 10.0-GM-extra and the next one was
suse-linux 10.0-RC1-extra. Should I have included both of these as sources as well ?

3. Are there other sources that I should be including to install apps that I may want to add later?

Thank again for the help.
