Question apache2 + https on suse 9.2 linux

I am running Suse Pro 9.2 and I am trying to figure out how enable both regular and secure web access. I am trying to create a new site for an open source project I am working on and I cannot get the https to work on apache2. I got it to work before on RH/Fedora but I am staying with Suse. I tried using webmin, and I search the web and used the information I found at various sites, but non of them seem to work. Can some help figure this out? Thanks in advance for all the help.
