after I install suse I didn't see my storage device


Hi!
After I install suse in my vmware I didn't see storage device .How can I soft for this thing?

Memory very fuzzy here, but I think that VMWare has some settings that control how devices are passed through to the "guest" operating system.

What else do you have installed?

A VM has by default only access to VM created storage. What VM exactly and what exactly do you mean by storage device?

I did---and I think you could be right. But where would he/she/it be getting the material to post? --eg maybe copying from other threads?

You have no valid reason for posting unfounded accusations in somebody elses thread, just like you did in the two other threads. Next time properly report the post and move on. OK?

...and I certainly am disappointed an ex-moderator doesn't adhere to the LQ Rules choosing to fuel OT gabbing instead of carrying on relevant discussion.
