Run Yast. Click the "Software" button, then the "Software Repositories" icon. Click "Add". Fill in the blanks.

Where would I get the link for openSUSE 11.1 as repository to fill up the specific url option?

This link is from the Suse wiki and lists the links to the repositories up to 10.3 which all you should have to do is change the 10.3 to 11.0 in the url when you set up your YaST.
