Im trying to create Solaris software RAID just for testing to see how it works.

except 1 thing which is not defined.
You have to use 2 slices for 2 metadb for replica. In example is shown:
/dev/dsk/c0t0d0s3 as unassigned 64-MB
/dev/dsk/c0t0d0s4 as unassigned 64-MB
but it is not written do those slices should have flag [wm] or [wu].
It is also not obvious for me should it be formated with UFS or not.
Should I type it into /etc/vfstab or not ? (if yes then how should entry looks like ?)
