Solaris Packages


Hey

i want to download these packages SUnWilof , SUNWil5cs and SUNWilcs i dont have the cd 3/4 n 4/4 niether do i have dvd can someone pm me the link to download these packages for solaris (intel based)

I don't think you can download these packages separately. You have to download the installation DVD and install them from it.

okay in that case if u have the cd can u plz extract those packages from ue cd n upload them on rapidshare

You would need to tell for what Solaris release you want these packages, but anyway I'm afraid providing official Solaris packages on an independent site is not allowed by Solaris license.

As you misspelt these three package names, can you double check you haven't them already ?

Are you openly asking a moderator to break this very forum's rules ??

I'm afraid downloading the CD/DVD from Sun's site or finding the ones you used to install the machine are your only options.

lol i didnt see u as aMod of forum as well i gave u other option of Yahoo Messenger it will take me a long time to donwload those cds from sun website secondly i think the cds are only in dvd format n i dont ahve dvd supported on my System in which solaris is installed so i think ur my last stop

You can download CD or DVD images here http://www.sun.com/software/solaris/get.jsp

If you haven't a fast Internet connection, you can get Solaris media sent by mail for free: http://sun.com/solaris/freemedia but that would be a DVD only ...

Okay, so even with a low bandwidth, downloading the missing CD would be faster. Why don't you want to go this way ?
