I am following the steps to set up a NIS Master server.
The /var/yp/eMakefile file requires many source files to process. Unluckily I noticed the following files do not exist in my machine:
ethers
netgroup
bootparams
I have Solaris 10 on x86 machine installed with Entire Installation option.
(1) Why those files are not there in my machine?
(2) I would appreciate is if any one guides me to a link with more details about configuring NIS server.

sun3 has been set up as a yp master server with errors. Please remember
to figure out what went wrong, and fix it.
If there are running slave yp servers, run yppush now for any data bases
which have been changed. If there are no running slaves, run ypinit on
those hosts which are to be slave servers.
