RPC: Unable to receive when restarting

I wonder why when I restarting the server, it says:

showmount: smtp01: RPC: Rpcbind failure - RPC: Unable to receive
Do you want to continue? (y or n):

I still need to answer y before it shutdown. Is there any program link to RPC? It doesn't show any more except for that error. I don't have NFS running.

Any hints?
