Need old version of Solaris...

Hi everyone, I have an old sun sparcstation20, and I need an older version of Solaris. Does anyone know somewere I can download or even buy version 7 or earlier? Solaris 9 just runs too slow for me. Thanks!

Not sure myself, but I know I've seen some older versions for sale on ebay, might want to try browsing there, always worth a shot.

I've got version 7 cdrom's. I'll skim thru the doc's, and
see what it's legal for me to do.
