am stuck here with a colleague who don`t teach or show a letter and I need to learn how can I use an archive file(.flar) taken from a Solaris10 VMware virtual machine to another new virtual machine
jlliagre gave you a good link, but honestly, I'm not sure why you posted. Either you should go to your boss, and tell them your colleague isn't being cooperative, or you could have checked Google and/or Sun's website yourself.
Also, if you need training, then your company should pay for books/classes for you.
