Talking Hard disk was on mirror (disksuite) and I want to use it on another server

I'm newbie on solaris and I need Help guys!

I have a HDD (it's seems that it was used on another server as a mirror (made with disksuite) And performe a clean install solaris10 on it, but it seems to have problems (services that will not work and gives some filesystem errors).

I need to use it the disk0 on my server, does any one know how to solve this issue?

Thanks!!!

Well, I don't want to say that this is the definitive answer but . . .

1) The hard drive is used
2) There are services that won't run after a clean install (corrupted binaries and/or configs files . . .)
3) "File system errors" are observed

It sounds like the drive is failing. How old is it? Odd are, whatever the answer, it's toast.

Given the circumstances that you describe, the only other probable root causes that I can think of are faulty installation media or a failing disk controller.

Have you successfully installed Solaris on other machines with the same media?
