Error for command...read sector error? Help, please!

I installed solaris on my x86 machine through the cd downloads online. After the installation, it rebooted and tried to load.

I get this error continuously:

Warning:/pci@0,0/pic-ide@1f,1/ide@0/cmdk@0,0 (disk0):
error for command 'read sector' error level:fatal
request block 1364272, error block:1364288
sense key: uncorrectable data error
vendor 'gen-ata" error code: 0x7

any help...please

It looks like your hard-disk is dying or there is some other H/W failure in that area.

You can run a disk surface test from the boot CD.
