is it possible to switch keyboard only in terminal? Not for whole solaris. It si on SUN HW and I don't have permissions to restart it and do these steps. I just need to write a few national characters.
I'm connecting to this solaris server remotely using putty. On PC where I'm connecting from I have cyech keyboard but I can't write czech characters on that solaris. I always have only ENG layout.
well on my machine I have set czech keyboard. So instead of keys 1-0 I have national characters(ěščřžýáíé). When I log to that Solaris using Putty and press these keys it writes this: l9hx>}ami.
I'm not able to write there czech letters.
When I want to use copy/paste these national chars to solaris it displays me again only l9hx>}ami.
