Amount of Downloded and uploaded MB in solaris

hello

im a newbi in solaris or actually dont know anything about solaris to be honest. can anybody tell me please how i can get to see the amount of downloaded and uploaded in MB just like the way we get it under linux by ifconfig command. in solaris you just get to see the transfered packets only. I wanted to see if that's possible doing by a build in command and without any software installed.

any idee would be appreciated. Thanks very much
