hi, how install boot-20231016.tar.xz and slarm64-current-aarch64-xfce-orange_pi_5_plus-6.6.0-rc6-build-20231016.img.zst on my orange pi 5 plus?

boot-20231016.tar.xz this is the bootloader and it is only needed for reinstallation
