Right now I don't understand:
1. if you want read only access, use read only mount.
2. if you want to write that ntfs you need to use read/write mount and set permissions on file/directory level.
Ah yes, and root is always an exception, and additionally handling access rights on ntfs is a bit difficult because ntfs has a different access structure. Also you can have user mapping in samba.
