Question kde's i18n package doesn't work

I install slackware well but when I start work, I find that KDE cannot show ch_CN or fr, which is replaced with square(Kconque is an example.)

I have chosen KDEI and manually installpkg related package.

can someone tell me what is next I should do?

thanks

Be sure to install the corresponding language pack (10.2 kde and 10.2 i18n).
Then launch kcontrol and set the language.
