I've just done a fresh install of SlackWare on my Work Station and was wondering if anyone has successfully Dual-boot between SlackWare. and and or SlackWare and NetBSD?
It was a long time ago, but I once dual-booted Slackware and Fedora, and then, a few years later on another box, Windows and Mint. I'm sure dual-booting Linux and BSD can be done.
Indeed, a web search for "dual boot linux bsd" turned up a number of links that should prove helpful.
I ran OpenBSD for a while in tandem with a couple of Linux distros. It's quite tricky though because you can't boot BSD from elilo. Maybe you can from GRUB, idk. I installed reFind and used that. You have to install the BSD loader in the BSD partition and then chainload to it.
