Enlightenment on Slackware

Hello,

It's me the nublett again. Just wondering if anyone could link me with a good resource to installing enlightenment over slackware? I've been searching but havn't had much luck. Thanks <3

Check linuxpackages site and www.enlightenment.org. E16 and E17 are out.

I've built from source. Order in which you would have to build is here: http://enlightenment.freedesktop.org/. However, don't use these snapshots because some of them have bugs (got errors in edje). Better get everything from sourceforge cvs. After download: ./autogen.sh , make , checkinstall. If you want that entrance would replace login manager (gdm,xdm,kdm...) you should add these lines to /etc/rc.d/rc.4
eval ssh-agent
exec entranced.
Add before session manager checking.
