After installation slackware10.1 from CD


I have installed about about 20 times and every time the monitor always says follow message.

SCSI subsystem driver revision 1.00
kmod: failed to exec /sbin/modprobe -s -k scsi_hostadapter, errno=2
kmod: failed to exec /sbin/modprobe -s -k scsi_hostadapter, errno=2
kmod: failed to exec /sbin/modprobe -s -k scsi_hostadapter, errno=2

.

kernel panic : no init found. Try passing init=option to kernel

I want some help.

The problem is solved..
In lilo configuration, booting point is not "/boot".
The booting point is "/".

I have failed 20 times..
