off-topic:
Back around 2014 i made Rogue Class Linux, a distribution based on Slackware. I wrote my own graphical installer and menu system that ran directly on the framebuffer. I also wrote a joystick/gamepad based virtual keyboard and integrated it with a bunch of different games, emulators, etc. The main focus was roguelike and puzzle games. It also had a streaming music player, graphical browser, and basic multi-tasking (switching between virtual consoles). I briefly had a forum here, which wasn't very active. Around 2016 i stopped working on it.
