Use the Raspberry Pi (1) installer from here: https://sarpi.penthux.net/index.php?p=rpi1get142
Download and install the official Slackware ARM 14.2 operating system from here: https://slackware.uk/slackwarearm/slackwarearm-14.2/
Slackware ARM 14.2 is the version you can install and run on a Raspberry Pi Zero, which features the same architecture as the Raspberry Pi (1).
Hope that answers your question.

The Raspberry Pi 3B+ and Raspberry Pi 4B that feature the 40+4 pin headers can be powered by PoE using the official Raspberry Pi PoE+ HAT. Or any other compatible alternative.
There's some 3rd party add-ons that can reportedly achieve this on the Raspberry Pi Model B+, Raspberry Pi 2B and Raspberry Pi 3B - such as the Xtronix PoE adapter and the Pi Supply "Pi PoE Switch HAT".
You pays your money, you takes your chances.
