postgresql aarch64 slackBuild?

Has anyone built postgres on SlackWareAArch64?

Or had success with deb2tgz/rpm2tgz?

The SlackBuilds.org postgres builds, but you'll need to adjust the script first (which in this case is the single line of sed) to support AArch64.

Code:
sed -i '/^elif \[ "\$ARCH" = "x86_64" \]; then$/ s/x86_64/aarch64/' postgresql.SlackBuild
I built it with all extensions and it took about 7 minutes on my 16 core HoneyComb LX2. It'll probably take in excess of 30 mins on a lower spec machine.

I have not run it, but I can't imagine a reason why it would not work.

Even if this works initially, long term it'll probably break due to dependencies.

Thank you.
I didn't dare to hope it was that easy, as I found nothing relevant with a search engine.

Build failures due to other reasons
The vast majority of the SlackBuilds.org package maintainers do not test their packages on ARM, and so some packages may fail to build. In such cases if you're able to fix it yourself, you should do so and submit the fix to the maintainer.

If you are unable to resolve it, you can post to the Slackware ARM forum on LinuxQuestions for help.
And if you had success doing something, I know I'd like to know what you did to what.
