So, I really don't know how Slackware ARM might run on the RPi CM4. You might need to do some jiggery pokery with '
rpiboot' initially, after which I'd expect Slackware ARM would install and run without any difficulty at all, as it does on most hardware I know of. The real question for me would be; is the IO board supported? Without it, hmmm... it means you'll be rolling up your sleeves, putting your developers cap on, and getting stuck in to some hard work. Or you might be able to fudge around with Raspberry Pi OS to coerce the CM4 to facilitate Slackware ARM. To be honest, it's all guesswork and nothing substantial from me on the RPi CM4.
