Donating to the Slackware ARM project to cover increased running costs
Hello
As the price of electricity has soared all across Europe, running this project obviously costs me significantly more money than it ever has. I've already shut down all but one of the x86's that were part of the compile cluster, as those were the largest consumers but that's about all I can do. I've been tempted to shut down the stable release builder for Slackware ARM 14.2 but I don't think it consumes much power (and I don't want to lose the 242 days uptime to start measuring it ;-) ), and that would effectively mark the EOL (End of Life) for that release, which I don't fancy doing just yet.
If you're able to help pay for the electricity, that'd be certainly appreciated.
Paypal and Patreon are the available options.
Cheers
Stuart

Stu, if you're not aware of the UK's Help For Households scheme you should investigate! Or at least discuss it with your energy provider if you're not already receiving any payments. Most households will qualify for a £400 rebate off their energy bills.

Thanks to everyone who came to help last year - much appreciated!
Happy new year! We're off to a good start:
* The new A-i-O (All in One Offline) Installers are working (soon to be released for testing)
* Linux 6.1.2 is running on the Rpi4, is stable and V3D works out of the box.
I'll be pushing the new developments out in the coming weeks.
Enjoy and thanks again
S.
