Wirelesss and Ethernet interface assignment

I got the following two devices:

Code:
02:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82573L Gigabit Ethernet Controller
03:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection (rev 02)
and the following two rules for in /etc/udev/rules.d/network-devices.rules:

Code:
KERNEL=="eth?", SYSFS{address}=="00:16:41:a7:27:52", NAME="eth0"
KERNEL=="eth?", SYSFS{address}=="00:13:02:87:93:3a", NAME="eth1"

Most of the time the ethernet card gets assigned to eth0 and the wireless to eth1 which is what I want. However, every once in a while wireless will get assigned to eth0 and eth1 won't be assigned at all and if I try to bring it up it just says device isn't found.

I have been unable to determine why the issue persists. I would simply reboot my computer several times until it loads correctly.

Show the output of each of these:
udevinfo -a -p /class/net/eth0
udevinfo -a -p /class/net/eth1

Bonus points if you figure it out on your own - HINT: compare the output of those commands to your rules above.

(thanks to alienBOB for slapping me back to 11.0 syntax from -current)

...but ignore the post - the syntax is correct for 11.0.
